By booking a ride with KiwiRides, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
KiwiRides provides taxi and ride services throughout North Canterbury, New Zealand, including but not limited to Rangiora, Kaiapoi, Woodend, Pegasus, Oxford, Amberley, and surrounding areas.
Under New Zealand law, children under 7 must be in an approved child restraint. Please advise us at the time of booking if you require a child seat, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Standard luggage is included in the fare. Excessive luggage or oversized items may require a larger vehicle at additional cost. Please inform us at booking if you have special luggage requirements.
A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard waiting rate.
KiwiRides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific journey in question.
KiwiRides shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
